What types of energy data do you accept?
We accept electricity and gas data only — half-hourly CSV/Excel exports, monthly usage CSV/Excel files, and supplier bill PDFs. We do not analyse water, waste, transport fuel, ESG, or carbon offset data.
How much data do I need to provide?
We strongly recommend at least 12 months of data to identify seasonal patterns and accurately benchmark performance. Reports based on less than 12 months will be flagged with a data-quality notice, but we will still complete the analysis.
What file formats are accepted?
CSV (.csv), Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx), and PDF. Maximum file size is 20 MB per file. You can upload multiple files per site.
How long does the analysis take?
Our analysts will review your data and deliver your report within 5 working days of a confirmed payment. You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready.
What is included in the report?
Your report includes: consumption breakdown by period, demand profile analysis, waste hotspot identification, at least 5 prioritised recommendations with estimated annual savings (£ and kWh), payback periods, ROI calculations, carbon reduction estimates (kgCO₂e), and benchmarking against sector averages.
Is the £499 fee a one-off payment?
Yes. The audit is a single one-off payment of £499 + VAT per site. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges. Optional add-on services (monthly monitoring, energy brokering, smart metering, multi-site packages) are available separately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All uploaded files are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see your card details. File downloads are authenticated, and direct access to your data on the server is blocked.
Can I add multiple sites?
Yes. You can add multiple sites to your account. Each site requires a separate audit. Contact us for multi-site bundle pricing.
What happens after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed, your submission is automatically queued for review. Our team will send you an "in review" notification and then a "report ready" notification when your PDF is available to download from your dashboard.
Do I need a smart meter?
No. We can work with standard monthly billing data. However, half-hourly interval data (typically available from smart meters or via your supplier's data portal) enables a much deeper demand-profile analysis.
What is my MPAN or MPRN?
MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) is your electricity meter's unique identifier, found on your electricity bill. MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) is the equivalent for gas. Providing these is optional but helps us cross-reference your data.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before analysis begins. Once your report has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued. Please contact us if you have concerns.
